Maven Income & Growth VCTs - venture capital trusts - Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 PLC receives applications for GBP9.2 million worth of new shares ranging from 62.55 pence to 65.33p, as part of the early investment incentive period of the share offer it launched back in September.
Maven Income & Growth VCT 4 PLC similarly receives applications for GBP9.5 million worth at 74.65p to 75.64p. The two VCTs are looking to raise up to GBP10 million each, plus both have over-allotment facilities of up to GBP10 million. Maven Income & Growth VCT 3 Director William Nixon buys 159,872 VCT 3 shares at 62.55p, worth GBP100,000.
