(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Monday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

Clipper Logistics PLC, up 14% at 888.00 pence, 12-month range 530.00p-910.00p. The e-fulfilment services provider agrees terms over a GBP941 million takeover offer from US rival GXO Logistics Inc. Greenwich, Connecticut-based GXO's offer is currently valued at 920.00p per Clipper share, which is a 18% premium to Friday's closing price of 777.00p. Board of Clipper has confirmed to GXO that, should a firm offer be made, it is minded to recommend it unanimously to Clipper shareholders.

BATM Advanced Communications Ltd, up 4.0% at 48.35p, 12-month range 44.55p-120.00p. Shares in networking technology and medical lab systems provider rise as it launches strategic partnership with internet-of-things intelligent systems provider Advantech. BATM's virtual networking and edge computing solution Edgility will be pre-installed on Advantech network appliances.

John Menzies PLC, up 0.8% at 585.18p, 12-month range 205.00p-599.00p. The aviation services and cargo handling firm has agreed to a fourth and final takeover offer from Kuwaiti suitor Agility Public Warehousing. The new offer of 608p per share, made via Agility subsidiary National Aviation Services, was up from 460p, 510p and 605p previously. Menzies said Agility has confirmed that the offer is final and won't be raised. It values all of Menzies at GBP558.8 million. The stock has nearly doubled in price in the past three weeks, quoted at 282.00p on February 4.

Made.Com Group PLC, down 2.9% at 78.65p, 12-month range 74.90p-214.44p. Shares in online furniture retailer hit 12-month low after Chief Executive Officer Philippe Chainieux steps down immediately "for family reasons". Chief Operating Officer Nicola Thompson will be interim CEO.
