LONDON (Alliance News) - Low & Bonar PLC said Friday that Global Business Director for Interior & Transportation Gareth Kaminski-Cook sold 35,818 shares at a price of 53.98 pence on Thursday.
It has not been disclosed how many share Kaminski-Cook now holds in the company.
Shares in the performance materials company were down 1.8% at 55.20 pence on Friday.
