It's a tale of two public-sector facing stocks in the FTSE 250, with shares in social housing group Connaught crashing after it warned that it will post a loss this year and software group Logica rising after saying it will review its public sector business.Connaught said last month that it is reviewing its current year trading performance in the wake of the coalition government's emergency Budget.
