LONDON (Alliance News) - Lionsgold Ltd on Thursday said it raised GBP240,000 following exercise of share warrants.
The multi-commodity development company said 20.0 million warrants were exercised at a price of 1.20 pence each.
Shares in Lionsgold were suspended in May on the grounds that with the acquisition of software firm TRAC Technology Ltd, the company has undertaken a "fundamental change of business".
The shares will be admitted to trading on AIM when the current suspension is lifted, the company said. Following the admission Lionsgold will have 532.5 million shares overall.
