Keystone Investment Outperforms Annual Benchmark, Mulls Name Change

Keystone Investment Trust PLC - investment trust - For year to the end of September, net asset value negative return of 15%, compared to FTSE All-Share Index's negative return of 16.6%.

Net asset value per share as at September 30 at 305.80 pence, down 18% from 372.48p the year before. Share price for end of September at 253.00p, reflecting 17% discount to NAV, in line with year before.

Declares total dividend of 11.20 pence per share, down 6.2% from 11.93p the prior year.

In addition, proposes change to investment objectives, including NAV total return exceeding that of the MSCI AC World Index by at least 2% per annum over rolling five-year periods.

Second objective is to investment in companies whose products over services have a more positive social or environmental effect.

Also proposing name change to Keystone Positive Change Investment Trust PLC.

Current stock price: 326.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 7.8%
