EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Deliveroo adds Flutter CEO to board; new Quarto CEO

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Deliveroo PLC - London-based food delivery app - Hires Peter Jackson, chief executive officer of Flutter Entertainment PLC, as independent non-executive director, starting January 1. Also promotes Karen Jones to senior independent director, from the same date.

Quarto Group Inc - London-based illustrated book publisher - Taps Alison Goff as CEO, starting January 2. Goff replaces CK Lau, who has been interim CEO since Polly Powell resigned in July. Lau remains an executive director. Quarto provides no detail about Goff's background, but says she is "a widely respected leader who has built world-class publishing operations".

Sound Energy PLC - gas developer in Morocco - Hires Christian Bukovics to be senior independent director, replacing Richard Liddell, who has resigned effective November 30. Bukovics served on the board of London Main Market-listed JKX Oil & Gas PLC and also worked for Royal Dutch Shell PLC, including in Russia and Kazakhstan.

Deltic Energy PLC - London-based oil and gas explorer with assets in southern North Sea - Hires Peter Nicol as non-executive director, starting immediately. Nicol is an investment banker who headed global oil & gas research at ABN Amro Bank NV and European oil & gas research at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. He currently is a non-executive director of AIM-listings Touchstone Exploration Inc and Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd.

Zytronic PLC - Newcastle-upon-Tyne-based touch sensors manufacturer - Tudor Davies will step down as chair at the annual general meeting in February, having served for 10 years. Non-Executive Director David Buffham is promoted to non-executive chair, and Zytronic says it is searching for a new non-executive director. Zytronic will issue annual results the week of December 6.
