AIM WINNERS & LOSERS: InfraStrata jumps on joint contract win

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers on AIM in London on Friday.

Chamberlin PLC, up 37% at 9.6 pence, 12-month range 6p-19.45p. Shares in the castings and engineering firm are restored to trading. Posts half-year revenue to September 30 last year of GBP11.0 million, down from GBP12.8 million a year before, pretax loss narrows to GBP600,000 from loss of GBP1.8 million.

Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC, up 11% at 205p, 12-month range 180p-420p. The diagnostic solutions provider expects revenue for year to March 31 of GBP32.7 million, down from GBP39.3 million a year before. Says second half performance has been "extremely positive".

InfraStrata PLC, up 11% at 47.44p, 12-month range 33.49p-4,566.37p. The UK-based strategic infrastructure projects company says Italy's Saipem SpA has awarded a contract for Infrastrata subsidiary Harland & Wolff to carry out the fabrication and load-out of eight wind turbine generator jacket foundations. The contract value is GBP26 million.The contract schedule will start July 1. Saipem shares were 1.2% lower in Milan.

Great Western Mining Corp PLC, up 6.7% to 0.25p, 12-month range 0.08p-0.42p. The miner has started drilling at its Olympic gold project in Nevada, it says. Great Western says it had started drilling the first of six planned holes at Olympic's Trafalgar Hill, where prospects have been identified through mapping and surveys.
