Ince Group PLC - Dagenham, England-based legal and professional services firm formerly known as Gordon Dadds - Simon Howard is confirmed as new chair at annual general meeting, replacing David Furst. Howard joined the Ince board as a non-executive director in 2017. Ince says it will report is half-year results in early December.

Costain Group PLC - Maidenhead, Berkshire-based infrastructure construction company - Hires Neil Crockett as an independent non-executive director, starting October 6. Crockett was chief digital officer with jet engine maker Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC until 2018.

Serica Energy PLC - gas producer in UK North Sea; responsible for 5% of all UK gas production - Hires Richard Rose as non-executive director, starting immediately. Rose was finance director of Premier Oil PLC from 2014 until this year, also serving as interim chief executive officer from this past January until April, ahead of Premier's merger with Chrysaor Holdings Ltd to form Harbour Energy PLC.
