Tue, 21st Apr 2020 16:08

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Smith is chief executive officer of FIM Capital Ltd, the administrator of Infrastructure India. The company plans to appoint an additional independent non-executive director "in due course".

----------

Uniphar PLC - healthcare services - John Holly to step down from board after 10 years at upcoming annual general meeting.

----------

Ruffer Investment Co Ltd - investment funds - Hires Shelagh Mason as non-executive director from June 1. Mason, a solicitor and Guernsey resident, replaces John Baldwin as a non-UK domiciled director. Mason also is a non-executive director of London Main Market-listed Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd.

----------

dotDigital Group PLC - marketing automation and customer engagement platform - Adds Liz Richards to board as independent non-executive director. Richards was chief financial officer at consumer data business Callcredit, now called Transunion. She also worked in finance for Skipton Building Society. Richards also is a non-executive director at Tracsis PLC.

----------

Lekoil Ltd - Nigeria-focused oil explorer and producer - Hezekiah Adesola Oyinlola and Thomas Schmitt voluntarily resign as non-executive directors as part of cost reduction measures. Lekoil had said at the start of April that its planned cost savings - which include a reduction in staff numbers - target an annual reduction in costs of around USD8.0 million, or at least 40% of general and administrative costs, saying at the time that the measures would be completed within four to six weeks.

----------

----------

Benchmark Holdings PLC - aquaculture genetics - Alex Raeber steps down as chief scientific officer from July 31. Philippe Leger to retire from July 1. Leger was head of Benchmark's Advanced Nutrition division until July 2019, but stayed with the company during transition of CEO from Malcolm Pye, who resigned last year, to Trond Williksen, joining June 1.
