LONDON (Alliance News) - Infrastructure India PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive Sonny Lulla bought 90,000 shares in the company for 18 pence per share on Friday.
Lulla now owns 790,000 shares in the company, or 0.12% of its issued share capital.
Shares in the India-focused infrastructure investor were up 11% to 19.937 pence.
