(Alliance News) - Life sciences, beauty, and personal care products firm InnovaDerma PLC on Monday said it has launched Nuthing, a new category in hair removal.
The company, which produces tanning product SkinnyTan, said Nuthing will be sold online through its own platform from Wednesday and will be stocked in around 800 Superdrug stores from March 11.
Health & beauty retailer Superdrug Stores PLC is a subsidiary of AS Watson Group.
InnovaDerma expects the new category to generate over GBP80 million in annual UK revenue.
"We are very excited about our new brand Nuthing, which was the result of feedback from retail partners and online customers. Nuthing has the potential to disrupt a large market which has lacked innovation over the years. Our range of waxes, removal gels and shave and shower sorbet have been formulated and attractively packaged to appeal a wide demographic," said InnovaDerma Chief Executive Kieran Callan.
InnovaDerma shares were trading 3.8% lower at 76.00 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
