Immunodiagnostic Systems confirmed that its chief financial officer Chris Yates, who resigned on 4 December 2014, will leave the group on Monday following the end of his notice period.The company, which produces manual and automated specialist diagnostic testing kits and instrumentation for the clinical and research market , said a formal search for a new CFO is underway and an announcement will be made in due course.Shares closed down 1.2% at 279.16p on Friday.
