LONDON (Alliance News) - Medical diagnostics products company Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC said on Tuesday Non-Executive Director Peter Kaspar bought shares in the company on Friday.
Kaspar bought 5,000 shares at 138.00 pence per share, bringing his total holding in the company to 11,000 shares, or a 0.04% stake.
Shares in the company were down 0.4% on Tuesday to 137.00p.
