LONDON (Alliance News) - HydroDec Group PLC said Wednesday it has received a European patent for its transformer oil re-refining technology.
The cleantech industrial oil re-refining company said it has been granted the patent, which strengthens its intellectual property position, by the European Patent Office.
"The patent protects the operating and design intellectual property improvements made to its original re-refining technology developed over ten years of commercial operation," the company explained.
This patent will lead to validation in the UK, German and Danish markets, the company, which has filed for application in all European markets in which the re-refining of used oil takes place, said.
HydroDec shares were untraded at 1.07 pence each.
