(Alliance News) - Hurricane Energy PLC on Friday said one of the Aoka Mizu floating production storage & offloading vessel crew members has tested positive for Covid-19.
Shares in Hurricane shares were down 9.4% at 12.04 pence in London in morning trading.
The crew member was evacuated from the Aoka Mizu, located on the Lancaster field in the UK North Sea. The crew member subsequently tested positive for the virus and is now receiving medical treatment.
Hurricane said production operations at its 100%-owned Lancaster field "have not been affected" by the news.
