(Alliance News) - Hansteen Holdings PLC on Tuesday said a number of people closely associated with Chair Mel Egglenton bought shares in the real estate investment trust.
The stock was trading 1.4% lower on Wednesday in London at 90.60 pence each.
On Friday last week, Wendy Egglenton, James Egglenton and Joseph Egglenton each bought 22,008 shares each at a price of 90.4p each, worth a combined GBP59,686, while Matthew Egglenton acquired 4,803 shares at the same price, totalling GBP4,342.
