LONDON (Alliance News) - Motor insurer Hastings Group Holdings PLC said Wednesday that one of its directors, Richard Brewster, has sold 1 million shares in the company at a price of GBP2.16 a share.
After the disposal Brewster continues to have an interest in 18.1 million shares in the company, approximately 2.8% of the company's issued share capital.
Shares in Hastings closed Wednesday 3.4% down at 220.70 pence.
