City Pub Group PLC - operates 48 pubs in southern England and Wales - Hires Emma Fox as independent non-executive director, effective immediately. Fox is chief executive officer of wine and spirit merchant Berry Bros & Rudd. Previously, she was CEO of discounter Original Factory Shop and commercial director at motoring and cycling products and services firm Halfords Group PLC.

TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based maker of products that store and move fluids, such as fuel and brake fluid, around automobiles - Andrea Dunstan will step down as independent non-executive director at the 2021 annual general meeting on May 13. Says will recruit replacement.

Morses Club PLC - Batley, West Yorkshire-based home collected credit provider and online loans - Les Easson will retire as non-executive director on Wednesday next week. Easson joined Morses Club as an agent in 1983, serving as operations director from 2012 to 2019 before joining the board as a non-executive.
