(Alliance News) - Hibernia REIT PLC on Friday said three company directors, including its chief executive officer, bought shares in the trust.
CEO Kevin Nowlan on Friday purchased 100,000 shares at EUR1.03 each, worth EUR103,000 altogether. He now holds a 1.2% stake in the real estate investment trust.
Non-Executive Frank Kenny, bought shares on Friday, parting with EUR107,370 to also acquire 100,000. Kenny, who bought the shares at EUR1.0737 each, also has a 1.2% stake in the firm.
Director of Operations Frank O'Neill purchased 48,500 shares at EUR1.03 each, EUR49,955 in total. His stake following the purchase was not confirmed.
Shares in the company ended 4.8% lower at EUR1.00 in London on Friday.
