LONDON (Alliance News) - Golden Saint Resources Ltd said Tuesday that it has appointed Keng Hock Seah to its board as finance director.
The company said Hock Seah previously served as a non-board finance director.
Shares in Golden Saint Resources were Tuesday trading 3.75% lower at 3.85 pence per share.
