Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC - UK utility-scale energy storage projects investor - Extends the deadline for its fundraising by two days to next Monday. Gore Street said the timetable was extended following the "strong" interest received from a "wide range" of investors to participate in the current fundraising, which launched on June 19. The extension will allow it to "facilitate orders from some significant additional investors". On June 19, JXTG Nippon Oil & Energy Corp subscribed for 3.0 million shares at 96.1 pence, worth GBP2.9 million. Via the PrimaryBid platform, Gore Street offered retail investors to buy shares at the same price, which is equal to its last published net asset value as of December 31.
