(Alliance News) - Future PLC's chief executive sold shares in both the magazine publisher and in insurance comparison site GoCo Group PLC.
In transactions made in October 2018, Zillah Byng-Thorne sold shares in both Future and Gocompare.com operator GoCo, where she is a non-executive director.
The sales were made by "third party investment managers acting on her behalf", the statements on Friday said. She did not have any knowledge of the disposals at the time they were carried out.
Byng-Thorne sold 160,770 shares in Future at 478.56 pence each, GBP769,380 altogether.
In addition, 84,322 GoCo shares were sold at 99.5p apiece, GBP83,900 in total.
Her holding in either company following the transactions were not stated.
Future shares were trading 1.7% higher at 1,478.00p each, the FourFourTwo football magazine publisher earlier reported a full-year revenue rise.
GoCo shares were 0.6% lower at 101.00p each.
