(Alliance News) - Gama Aviation PLC announced on Monday that its chief financial officer, Daniel Ruback has resigned "in order to pursue other opportunities".
Ruback will see out the 2021 year-end close and audit process, which is expected to be completed in April 2022.
The Hampshire-based aviation company is "taking immediate steps" to appoint an interim chief financial officer, while a permanent appointee is found.
Gama Aviation's share price rose by 5.4% to 49.00 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
