Shares in Gresham Computing have fallen ahead of the software company's exclusion from the TechMARK Focus index next Monday. There was a spike downwards in the Gresham share price just before midday even though there has not been a trade since just after 10am. FTSE said last week that Gresham, print heads developer Xaar and pharma company Vernalis will be dropped from the index. This doesn't seem to bother Vernalis, which is one of the best performers on the day. A deal at 9.29am worth £6,407 appears to have pushed the share price higher.
