(Alliance News) - Asset manager Gresham House PLC on Wednesday said it has raised GBP808,828 following exercise of shareholder warrants.
The investment company said it issued 250,202 shares at a price of 323.27 pence each. Gresham House shares were trading 1.2% higher on Wednesday in London at 620.00p each.
Following the admission, the company will have 27.5 million shares overall. Gresham House will also have 426,557 shareholder warrants and 17,000 supporter warrants in issue.
