(Alliance News) - Gresham House PLC on Monday said Non-Executive Director Gareth Davis bought shares in the company on Friday.
Davis bought 11,400 shares at a price of 611.50 pence per share for a total of GBP69,711.
Shares in the asset management company on Wednesday afternoon in London were 1.6% lower at 600.000 pence per share in London.
Grescham said that following Blandford's transaction, he holds 16,400 shares or a 0.1% stake in the company.
