LONDON (Alliance News) - GBGI Ltd said Thursday that Non-Executive Director David Gibson purchased 1.2 million shares at a price of 80.0 pence per share over three days.
350,000 shares were bought on Monday, 650,000 shares were purchased on Tuesday, and 200,000 shares were acquired on Wednesday.
Following these transactions - representing 1.4% of the company's shares - Gibson now holds 11.3 million shares in total, a 13% stake.
Shares in the international benefits insurance provider closed up 6.7% at 88.00 pence on Thursday.
