(Alliance News) - Cyber security and intelligence services firm Falanx Group Ltd on Wednesday said Chair Alex Hambro bought 1.0 million shares in the company for 1.91875 pence each.
Following the GBP19,188 deal, which took place on Tuesday, Hambro now holds 1.3 million Falanx shares, equivalent to a 0.3% stake.
On Thursday last week, Falanx reported a narrowed pretax loss to GBP1.9 million from GBP2.5 million the year before.
Shares in Falanx were down 6.5% at 1.80p on Wednesday afternoon.
