LONDON (Alliance News) - Fenner PLC said Friday that Chairman Vanda Murray will be appointed chair and non-executive director of Marshalls PLC.
Murray will take up her new position May 9. She is also a non-executive director of Redrow PLC and Bunzl PLC.
Shares in Fenner closed up slightly at 608.50 pence each.
Marshalls closed up 0.5% at 427.40 pence each.
British manufacturer of polymer-based products Fenner has purchased Charter Medical from its parent company Lydall for $29.9m. Fenner's wholly-owned subsidiary Fenner Drives bought 100% of share capital of US-based Charter, which will be integrated into the Solesis Medical Technologies division. Ch
