(Alliance News) - TR Property Investment Trust PLC said Friday Kate Bolsover will join the investment firm from the start of October as a non-executive director.
Bolsover has previously worked for JPMorgan Cazenove and is currently chair at Fidelity Asian Values Trust and Invesco Enhance Income Trust as well as being non-executive at Montanaro UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC.
"I am delighted to welcome Kate as a non-executive director of TR Property," TR Chair Hugh Seaborn said. "Kate brings a wealth of experience particularly in investment trusts and at board level, which will strengthen the board team further."
Shares in TR were 0.2% lower at 412.50 pence in London on Friday.
