LONDON (Alliance News) - E-Therapeutics PLC on Thursday said Sean Nicholson has been appointed as an executive director on its board.
Nicholson will join the board of the drug company in 2015 following his resignation as an equity partner in the corporate team at law firm Bond Dickinson LLP, the company said.
"Sean brings a wealth of knowledge and strong commercial skills. We intend to put his experience to good use as we continue to advance our drug development portfolio and apply our network pharmacology approach in drug discovery," said e-Therapeutics Chief Executive Officer Malcolm Young.
E-Therapeutics shares were untraded early Thursday, quoted at 28.25 pence.
