LONDON (Alliance News) - e-Therapeutics PLC said Finance Director Steve Medlicott bought 150,000 shares at a price of 25.25 pence per share Wednesday.
Following this transaction, Medlicott's direct beneficial interest is 250,000 shares, representing 0.09% of the total issued share capital.
Shares in the drug discovery and development company were down 3.9% at 25.00p Wednesday.
