EServGlobal Chief Executive Montessori Steps Down

LONDON (Alliance News) - eServGlobal Ltd on Monday said Chief Executive and Managing Director Paolo Montessori is to step down with immediate effect.

The company said it has started the process of identifying a successor to Montessori.

Chief Operating Officer Stephen Blundell will assume Montessori's responsibilities until a replacement is appointed.

Shares in eServGlobal were down 4.4% to 27.00 pence on Monday.
