LONDON (Alliance News) - Egdon Resources PLC on Monday said it appointed Tim Davies as non-executive director of the company with imemdiate effect.
Davies replaces Non-Executive Director Andrew Lodge who stepped down from the board after over seven years.
He is currently group exploration manager at Premier Oil PLC, where he held "a number" of senior positions. Prior to joining Premier Oil, Davies spent seven years working on global new ventures for ConocoPhillips and Hess, Egdon added.
Egdon shares were trading up 2.2% at 5.75 pence each on Monday afternoon.
