LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Edenville Energy revealed a share subscription to raise GBP432,500 before expenses, in a move backed by its top executives.
In a statement, the AIM-listed company, which is developing a coal-to-power project in south west Tanzania, said it is issuing 1.92 billion shares priced at 0.0225 pence each, together with 961.1 million warrants. The warrants were issued on the basis of one warrant for every two subscription shares, exercisable at 0.03 pence per warrant at any time over the next 12 months.
The company's executive directors are participating in the fundraising, Edenville Energy said, in a move to "demonstrate their support" for the company and existing shareholders.
Rufus Short, chairman and chief executive officer, and Mark Pryor, chief operating officer, each subscribed for 44.4 million shares.
Their support for the fundraising means they will each own a total of 44.4 million shares in the company. 44 million shares will be equivalent to a 0.38% stake in the enlarged Edenville Energy.
Shares in Edenville Energy closed down 11% at 0.0222p on Tuesday.

Irish packaging company Smurfit Kappa Group said Juan Guillermo Castaneda, a regional chief executive, sold 8,000 shares at EUR22.45 each on Monday. Following this transaction, Castaneda now holds 22,560 shares. Smurfit Kappa also said Non-Executive Director Jim Lawrence bought 185,000 shares at a price of USD26.50 each Monday. Following the purchase, Lawrence now holds 335,000 shares, which represents a 0.14% stake. The stock closed down 4.2% at 1,709.00 pence Tuesday.

Retail stockbroker Share said Non-Executive Director Francesca Ecsery bought 3,000 shares at a price of 28.58 pence per share and 7,550 shares at 28.50p each on Tuesday. Following the purchases, Ecsery holds 46,538 shares. The stock closed down 1.8% at 28.00p Tuesday.

DP Poland said Non-Executive Director Chris Moore bought a total of 1.2 million shares. Moore bought 500,000 shares at 31.4 pence each on Tuesday. He bought a further 250,000 shares at 32.7p each last Friday and 450,000 shares at 32.4p each last Thursday. Following these acquisitions, Moore holds 2.9 million shares, equal to a 2.19% stake. The stock closed up 11% at 33.75p Tuesday.

Shanta Gold said Non-Executive Director Robin Fryer bought 45,000 shares at a price of 6.2 pence per share on Tuesday. Following this purchase, Fryer holds 720,000 shares, which equals a 0.12% stake in the gold miner. The stock closed down 0.8% at 6.20p Tuesday.

LondonMetric Property said Strategy Director Andrew Smith bought 25,000 shares at at 158.95 pence per shares on Monday. Following the purchase, Smith holds 63,500 shares, which equals 0.01% stake in the property company. The stock closed down 1.4% at 156.70p Tuesday.

Cyan Holdings on Tuesday said it agreed to buy Connode Holding AB for GBP6.8 million, to be partly funded through a share placing and subscription.
Cyan said it will fund the acquisition through a share placing and subscription, placing 4.34 billion shares and offering a further 1.28 billion shares for subscription, at a price of 0.18 pence per share. If completed, this will raise GBP10.1 million, before the deduction of fees and expenses, Cyan said.
However, both the share placing and subscription are conditional upon the passing of resolutions at a general meeting on June 30.
The company said a group of directors subscribed for shares. This includes Executive Chairman John Cronin, who is subscribing for 18.6 million shares, and will have a 1.26% stake following the share placing, down from the 2.24% stake held before the placing.
Chief Financial Officer Simon Smith also will subscribe for 18.6 million shares, and following the placing will hold 0.89% of issued share capital.
Non-Executive Director John Read will subscribe for 5.6 million shares and will hold a 0.31% stake in Cyan after the share placing.
Non-Executive Director Harry Berry will take 16.7 million shares to hold a 0.33% stake after the placing completes.
Non-Executive Director Paul Ratcliff will subscribe for 2.8 million shares, in his first share transaction with Cyan and will hold 0.02% in Cyan following the paling.
The stock closed down 8.3% at 0.192p Tuesday.

Roxi Petroleum said Non-Executive Director Edmund Limerick purchased 500,000 shares at 9.8 pence each on Monday. Following the purchase, Limerick now holds 550,000 shares and his wife holds 605,000 shares. The combined holding equals a 0.12% stake in the oil and gas company. The stock closed up 1.9% at 10.45p Tuesday.

The shares were acquired in the name of the Coltstaple Charitable Trust, of which Oakeshott is a Trustee. The trust now holds 767,500 shares. Matthew Oakeshott holds 2.7 million shares, or a 6.02% stake. The Oakeshott family additionally holds 2.5 million shares, or 5.6%. The stock closed down 2.1% at 238.00p Tuesday.
