LONDON (Alliance News) - Echo Energy PLC said Friday it appointed Gavin Graham as independent non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
The company said that Graham has nearly 40 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, with 29 of those spent at Royal Dutch Shell PLC.
He then moved on to being an executive vice president for business development & technical services at Petrofac Ltd.
Currently, Graham is the chief executive of Lotos Upstream, a company focused on producing assets in the North Sea, Poland and Lithuania.
Echo Energy shares were trading up 0.6% at 8.40 pence each.
