(Alliance News) - Entertainment AI PLC on Tuesday said it expects to see strong revenue growth in the year ahead as it begun to deploy technology to its existing client network.
The AIM-listed technology and media platform provider explained that its growth plan is to use proprietary artificial intelligence and micro-moments technology of the kind demonstrated at the Rugby World Cup to expand its revenue channels beyond its existing digital advertising revenue.
This growth plan includes paid subscriptions from its base of 90 million unpaid subscribers, licensing from strategic partners and e-commerce revenue from a base of 12 billion annual video views, Entertainment AI said.
Looking ahead, the company said it has now begun a pilot to deploy a suite of proprietary technology tools to its existing content creator network to provide enhanced opportunities for revenue growth in 2020 and beyond.
"We are excited to get underway operationally. Given the success of our technology implementation and our strong capital base, we are adding to our accomplished technology team and plan to accelerate the delivery of value-add opportunities to our audiences and content creators, as well as to partner audiences and third-party brands," said Entertainment AI Chief Executive Todd Carter.
Entertainment AI shares were untraded in London on Tuesday afternoon, last closing at 43.50 pence each.
