DIRECTOR DEALINGS SUMMARY: ECO Animal Health Founder Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - The following is a summary of director dealings reported in London on Tuesday.

Developer of animal health pharmaceutical products ECO Animal Health Group said Executive Chairman Peter Lawrence sold GBP4.2 million worth of shares in the company on Tuesday.

Lawrence sold 1.0 million shares at 418.50 pence each, just under a tenth of his total holding. Lawrence and his family's beneficial interests in the company now total 10.4 million shares, representing a 16.1% stake. Lawrence founded the company in 1972.

ECO Animal Health shares closed up 2.4% on Tuesday to 440.13p.

Europe and Mediterranean-focused upstream oil and gas firm Sound Energy said newly-appointed Non-Executive Chairman Stephen Whyte has bought shares in the company. Whyte bought 73,140 shares at 20.49 pence per share. He now owns 141,786 Sound Energy shares, or a 0.03% stake. Whyte was appointed Sound Energy's new chairman on Tuesday, having previously been a non-executive director of the company. Sound Energy shares closed up 4.3% to 21.25p on Tuesday.

Oil and gas production company Europa Oil & Gas Holdings said Non-Executive Director Roderick Corrie bought shares in the company on Tuesday. Corrie bought 146,208 shares at 3.48 pence per share. Europa Oil didn't provide Corrie's total holding in the company following the purchase. Shares in Europa Oil closed flat at 3.50p on Tuesday.

Central Asian oil and gas company Roxi Petroleum said Non-Executive Director Edmund Limerick bought shares in the company on June 29. Limerick purchased 550,000 shares at 9.5 pence per share. Limerick's beneficial interest in the company now totals 1.1 million shares, with his wife also holding 605,000 shares. This represents 0.2% stake in the company. Roxi Petroleum shares closed down 1.1% at 10.14p on Tuesday.

Pub chain and brewer Greene King said Chairman Philip Yea bought shares in the company on Tuesday. Yea bought 10,000 shares at 747.30 pence per share. Yea's beneficial interest in the company now totals 40,000 shares, or less than a 0.1% stake. Yea was appointed as chairman in May, having joined the board as a non-executive director in February. Greene King shares closed down 5.8% on Tuesday at 737.50p.

Property regeneration company St Modwen Properties said Non-Executive Director Lesley James bought shares in the company on Tuesday. James bought 10,000 shares at 2.40 pence per share. Senior Independent Director Richard Mully also bought shares in the company on Tuesday. Mully bought 10,000 shares at 230.00 pence per share. St Modwen Properties did not provide the total holdings of James or Mully following their purchases.

St Modwen Properties earlier on Tuesday said its pretax profit in the first half fell year-on-year despite revenue rising and the company said it will take a cautious stance on development following the UK's vote to leave the European Union.

The stock closed down 9.2% at 235.42 Tuesday.

Property regeneration company Harworth Group said Executive Director Ian Ball bought shares in the company on Tuesday. Ball bought 6,893 shares at 72.00 pence per share. His total holding is 20,686 shares, representing a 0.0071% holding. Harworth shares closed up 1.4% on Tuesday at 73.50p.

Repair services company Homeserve said Director Mark Morris sold shares in the company on Monday. Morris sold 14,218 shares at 513.40 pence per share. His beneficial interest in the company now totals 45,875 shares, or a 0.01% stake. Shares in Homeserve closed down 3.3% on Tuesday at 488.14p.

Action Hotels said its chairman, his wife and a director of the company all bought shares on Wednesday last week. Action, which runs three- and four-star hotels in the Middle East and Australia, said Sheikh Mubarak A M Al-Sabah, its founder and non-executive chairman, bought 116,606 shares. His wife, Alya Saleh Farid Mohamed Alawlaqi, bought 100,000 shares. In addition, Development Director Rawaf I Bourisli bought 100,000 shares.

Following the purchases, Chairman Al-Sabah owns 97.2 million shares in the company, a 66% stake. His wife's purchase was her first. Bourisli owns 1.2 million shares, or a 0.8% stake. All the shares were bought at 55.5 pence per share.

The stock closed up 0.2% at 51.58p on Tuesday.

Medical diagnostics products company Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings said Non-Executive Director Peter Kaspar bought shares in the company on Friday. Kaspar bought 5,000 shares at 138.00 pence per share, bringing his total holding in the company to 11,000 shares, or a 0.04% stake. Shares in the company closed up 1.8% on Tuesday at 140.00p.

United Utilities Group said the wife of Gary Dixon, director of non-regulatory products, sold shares in the company on Monday. Mrs Dixon sold 5,000 shares at 1,032.27 pence per share. Following the transaction, Dixon and his wife's combined interest in the company now totals 16,808 shares. Shares in the water utility closed up 0.3% on Tuesday to 1,031.87p.

Value & Income Trust, an investment fund, said the Coltstaple Charitable Trust, of which Director Matthew Oakeshott is a trustee, bought shares in the company on Monday. The trust bought 25,000 shares at 237.00 pence per share. The trust's beneficial interest in the company now totals 912,500 shares, or a 2.0% stake. Oakeshott's total beneficial interest in the trust is 2.7 million shares, representing a 6.0% stake. Value & Income Trust shares closed down 2.9% on Tuesday at 233.00p.

MP Evans Group said Non-Executive Director J. Derek Shaw sold shares in the company on Friday. Shaw sold 15,000 shares at 400.00 pence per share. Shaw's beneficial interest in the company now totals 333,065 shares, or a 0.6% stake. Shares in the Indonesian palm oil and Australian beef cattle company closed down 1.1% on Tuesday at 403.00p.

Retail stockbroker Share PLC said Marianne Oldham, a connected person to Chairman Gavin Oldham, bought shares in the company on Monday. Marianne Oldham bought 782 shares at 28.00 pence per share, taking her holding to 2.3 million shares in total, or a 1.6% stake in the company. Gavin Oldham's total holding, including connected persons, increased to 98.9 million shares, or a 69% stake in the business. Shares in Share closed flat at 28.00p on Tuesday.

Blue Capital Global Reinsurance Fund issued a correction to a previous director dealing disclosure concerning Chairman John Weale. The fund said Weale bought 4,950 shares at USD1.011 on Thursday last week, not 4,500 shares as the company had previously said. His total holding is 34,950 shares, or a 0.02% stake in the company. Shares in Blue Capital Global Reinsurance closed up 0.5% at USD1.00 on Tuesday.
