LONDON (Alliance News) - e2v technologies PLC Monday said Finance Director Charles Hindson exercised options over 321,543 shares under the company share plan and sold 151,886 shares at a price of 155 pence per share Friday.
Following this transaction, Hindson holds 1.9 million shares, which represents a 0.87% stake in the company.
The stock was trading at 158.50 pence per share, up 2.8% Monday afternoon.
