Light-emitting diode (LED) specialist Dialight has announced changes to fill board posts left open by the promotion of its new Chairman.Bob Lambourne, currently Chairman of the Audit Committee, is to assume the role of Acting Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Acting Senior Independent Director. Both positions were previously held by Bill Ronald, who was announced as Chairman at the start of September.This change had been made while a search for additional Non-Executive Directors to join the board was undertaken, the firm said.Former Chairman Harry Tee stepped down on 12th September after more than twenty years at the firm.
