LONDON (Alliance News) - US-based Diversified Gas & Oil PLC said on Monday it has strengthened its organisational team following the completed acquisitions of Alliance Petroleum Corp and certain assets from CNX Gas Co.
Michael Garrett has been appointed vice president of accounting and controller, and will take responsibility on accounting operations and financial reporting.
Bryan Berry was named vice president of finance, and will analyse the company's financial transaction opportunities, financial planning, and operation analysis.
Dora Silvis will become executive vice president, to manage Diverisified's daily operations and bring all district and corporate activities in line with the company's strategic plan.
Timothy Altier has been named senior vice president of operations, and will manage both low volume conventional and high volume unconventional wells.
Finally, William Kurtz was promoted to the position of senior vice president, and will lead Diversified's land operations and reserve engineering.
"Not only have we expanded our acreage, operated wells, cash flow and earnings with the recent acquisitions, we have also expanded our operational and corporate capabilities with the addition of seasoned, talented employees across all disciplines within the company. Importantly, the operational team that have recently joined DGO, either as employees or as contractors, know the assets extremely well and will therefore help us manage them as efficiently and effectively as we intend," said Chief Executive Officer Rusty Hutson Jr.
Shares in Diversified Gas & Oil remained flat at 85.00 pence on Monday.
