Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - digital infrastructure assets investor managed by Triple Point Investment Management LLP - Plans to raise around GBP200 million througb placing of shares at 107.5 pence per share, reflecting 8.7% discount to the closing price of September 3, when the placing was announced.
Proceeds from the placing will go towards acquiring new assets in line with investment objctive, identified within the company's pipeline, which has a size of GBP670 million.
Current stock price: 110.60 pence, down 3.8%
Year-to-date change: up 11%
