(Alliance News) - Dev Clever Holdings PLC on Monday said it has agreed a five-year partnership deal with Veative Labs and India's the National Independent Schools Alliance.
The deals will see Dev Clever's Launchyourcareer platform being used by NISA, India's "largest governing body for budget private educational institutions".
"NISA represents over 70,000 budget private schools in India, attended by 13 million students," Dev Clever said.
Technology-focused investor Asimilar Group PLC noted Dev Clever's announcement. Its subsidiary Intrinsic Capital (Jersey) Ltd conditionally subscribed for 20.0 million Dev Clever shares at 10 pence each, Asimilar announced earlier in December.
Dev Clever shares closed up 9.3% at 10.00p each in London on Monday. Asimilar ended up 2.1% to 25.02p.
