(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Energean PLC - gas exploration and production company in the Mediterranean - Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou buys 60,000 shares via OilCo Investments Ltd. Topouzoglou buys 30,000 shares at GBP6.35 on Tuesday and 30,000 at GBP6.40 on Monday, together worth GBP389,100. Energean previously had said Topouzoglou had bought 30,000 shares on Friday last week and 30,000 on Monday.

Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - operator in Trinidad, Morocco and Ireland - Project Development Director Ron Pilbeam sells 5.1 million shares at GBP0.06 to GBP0.07, worth about GBP330,000, on July 13 through 16. Pilbeam retains 2.5 million shares, a 0.9% stake. Predator on Monday said it had placed 26.0 million new shares at a price of 5p each to raise GBP1.3 million before expenses for its MOU-1 drilling campaign onshore Morocco.

Ocado Group PLC - Hatfield, England-based online grocer - Chair Richard Haythornthwaite buys 5,750 shares at GBP17.05, worth GBP100,079, on Wednesday.

Dixons Carphone PLC - London-based electronic retail soon to be renamed Currys PLC - Chief Financial Officer Bruce Marsh buys 48,000 shares at 123.99p and 123.68p, worth GBP59,460, on Wednesday.

Sanderson Design Group PLC - Buckinghamshire-based interior design and furnishings - Non-Executive Director Christopher Rogers buys 35,000 shares at 167.4 pence, worth GBP58,590, on Tuesday. Rogers now has 110,000 shares, a 0.2% stake.

Trinity Exploration & Production PLC - oil production in Trinidad and Tobago - Non-Executive Director Angus Winther buys 20,000 shares at 170p, worth GBP34,000, on Monday and Tuesday. Now has 3.1 million shares, a 8.0% stake.

Caerus Mineral Resources PLC - copper and gold explorer with licenses in Cyprus - Non-Executive Chair Michael Johnson buys 240,000 shares at average 23p, worth GBP55,200, on Tuesday. Now has 2.0 million shares, a 3.3% stake.
