D4t4 Solutions PLC - Middlesex, England-based data solutions provider - Expects much higher annual recurring revenue. For financial year that ended March 31, D4t4 says annual recurring revenue will rise by 32% to GBP14.0 million from GBP10.6 million in financial 2021. Annual revenue is expected to be in line with market expectations.
Adjusted pretax profit will be at the upper end of the range of market expectations, the company adds, as performance in the second half of the year was strong.
Annual results will be published in early to mid-July, D4t4 says.
"In the last twelve months, we also successfully transitioned to a new management team, launched a new product, and introduced innovative functionality to our existing products to provide greater value to our customers and expand upon our competitive advantage in the market," Chief Executive Officer Bill Bruno comments.
