D4t4 Solutions PLC - Surrey, England-based IT services provider - Expects to report GBP22.8 million revenue and adjusted pretax profit of GBP4.2 million for the 2021 financial year. Says this is ahead of company's prior expectations, following a strong second half of the year. Annual recurring revenue up 11% to GBP10.6 million from GBP9.6 million, as company moves towards recurring revenue model for financial 2022. Full results for year ended March 31 to be released June 29.
In 2020, D4t4 reported GBP21.8 million revenue and GBP5.1 million adjusted pretax profit.
Adds Chief Executive Peter Kear will retire by June 2022 and will be replaced by Bill Bruno, vice president of D4t4's US business. Bruno will continue to live in the US after he becomes chief executive.
