Creightons PLC - Peterborough, England-based personal care and beauty products manufacturer - Says Director Paul Forster and his wife disposed of 30,000 shares at an average price of 109.85 pence each. The transaction, which was completed on Monday, was worth GBP32,955. Following this deal, the total combined beneficial holdings by Forster and his wife is now 1.1 million shares, 1.7% of the total issued share capital of the company.
