DIRECTOR DEALINGS: IntegraFin COO sells; Chaarat Gold chair buys

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based investment platform - Patrick Sweeney, an associate of Chief Operating Officer Judith Davidson, sells 317,514 shares at GBP5.54 and GBP5.60, worth GBP1.8 million, on Thursday and Friday.

Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd - gold miner in Armenia and mine developer in Kyrgyz Republic - Chair Martin Andersson buys 2.8 million shares via Labro Investments Ltd mostly at price of 21.00 pence, worth GBP599,794, on Thursday and Friday last week. Andersson now is interested in 302.7 million shares directly and via Labro, a 44.1% stake.

Kinovo PLC - London-based gas heating, electrical and building services - Leadership team buys 405,000 shares in total at 33.5p, worth GBP135,675, on Thursday and Friday last week. Chief Executive Officer David Bullen and Chair Sangita Shah each buy 150,000 shares and now have 1.4 million shares and 869,622, respectively, 2.3% and 1.4% stakes. Finance Director Clive Lovett buys 75,000 shares and now has 529,545, and Chief Operating Officer Lee Venables buys 30,000 and now has 580,203.

Indivior PLC - Richmond, Virginia-based pharmaceuticals - Scopia Capital Management LP and Scopia Management Inc sell 67,499 shares at GBP1.66, worth GBP112,244, on Thursday last week. Scopia had sold 306,605 shares earlier in the week. It has a stake of about 16%. Jerome Lande, a Scopia partner, represents Indivior's largest shareholder as a non-executive director.

Rainbow Rare Earths Ltd - rare earth metals projects in South Africa and Burundi - Non-Executive Director Peter Pham buys 250,000 shares at 13.5 pence, worth GBP33,750, on Friday. The shares are Pham's only holding, having been appointed director in May.
