Ceramic Fuel Cells, the developer of low emission electricity generation units, has received a conditional order for 30 of its BlueGen units from Down Under. The Office of Housing of the Australian state of Victoria will install the BlueGen gas to electricity generators in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria as part of its "Jobs for the Future Economy: Green Jobs Action Plan".The order is conditional on the Victorian parliament rubber stamping the $1.35m funding for the Green Jobs project.Assuming funding is forthcoming then installation will start once the Office of Housing and Ceramic Fuels have agreed on how the units will be delivered and maintained. Ceramic Fuels expects installation will start in late 2010 or early 2011.
